So where to begin?
Damn time flies. The summer is gone. Spousy is going back to work after depositing motorcyclist #2 off at ours and I decided I need a Sidecar. Well the sidecar thing is well known. However being a frugal chump means one bike had to go due to my Che leaning tnedancies (or cheapness) depending on how you look at it.
Before she went, My R100S ran another Lake Placid ride with Danielson at the ready on his now crashed F. It was a good ride out and the bike took a licking. Left head gasket decided to say Sionara on the way home with J on his R65. One nail in the coffin so to speak. I then took a ride on the 2010 F and decided that it was time to join the ranks of those in the here and now. So the R went. The Ural stays (and my spirit in the 1940's) What will take the R's place for 2 wheel pleasure- who Knows.... But something has to take its place...
Great yeat with the Ural.. Julie rode, lots of kids and lots of smiles. Its a workhorse and a reliable machine... Together the 2 bikes garnered 4000 kilometers... Im getting back to my pre kids mileage...
