Another cold ride

Up to the cottage on Sunday the 5th. April. Left at 10:30 back at 15:00. Up Kilmar, down the Rouge. The river was up by and eating at the road. Water level is pretty wild but looks to be receding. Got bundled up as the mercury never went above 4C. It was a bit sketchy as the snowflakes fell in the hills but that lasted all of 10 minutes. The riding was stellar although one rut nearly washed out the bike. Thats said it was a great if not cool ride. I wanted to test mileage so I topped the tank up with 13$ of regular. I went 400 kilometers when I had to go on reserve. I figure I have another 50k before I run out. Had I rode like a normal human I would have made out better in the fuel consumption arena. However balls out riding is more fun.
